Thin Air

Thin Air was the inaugural visual arts programme at The Beams, a new 55,000 square foot cultural space in London's Royal Docks, produced by Broadwick Live. Taking advantage of the vast interconnecting environments, the exhibition brought together seven international artists and collectives (404.zero, James Clar, Robert Henke, Kimchi and Chips with Rosa Menkman, Matthew Schreiber, S E T U P and UCLA Arts Conditional Studio) exploring the boundaries between art and technology through light, atmospherics, sound and experimental new media.

I was commissioned to photograph the exhibition across its run, working through the full range of installations in the shifting conditions of light unique to each space.
