The Centre

The Centre is an inhabitable media artwork combining water, light, vibration and sound, created as a permanent installation within the AL-WAHA space at the Museum of the Future in Dubai. Conceived as an antidote to our digitally saturated reality, it draws on historic healing rituals from across cultures, from Victorian spa therapies to Tibetan gong baths, offering visitors a moment of stillness and sensory reconnection.

I was invited by Jason Bruges Studio to travel to Dubai to document the installation over two days, working across both photography and film to capture the piece in its completed architectural setting.
